Tax Manager - Compliance/Consulting

Job Description -- Successful candidates will have a strong technical tax background resulting from having seven or more years of experience in advising companies on their federal tax issues in the areas of tax planning and compliance. Candidates must be highly motivated and interested in taking initiative for their own personal growth and development. You must also posses a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve tax consulting issues. Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills, strong written and oral communication skills are a must. You must be able to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals.

Job Requirement Essential

5+ years experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance in a professional services firm (Big 4 experience preferred), industry and law experience essential-technology industry a plus. Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills; strong written and oral communications skills. FAS 109 experience preferred.
