The San Francisco office of BDO Seidman, LLP serves a diverse range of clients in industries such as High Technology, Software, Manufacturing, Financial/Real Estate, Hospitality, Distribution, Retail and Broker/Dealers.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Build client relationships, marketing, networking and business development Evaluate and select alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance Recognize and communicate potential risks and identify potential changes in the tax policy Make top-level decisions regarding filing and preparation and handle questions from federal and state agencies Identify different methods of complying with tax requirements which align with business objectives Assist in managing client expectations regarding issues of controversy

 

Qualifications:


CPA Certification 6+ years prior work experience in public accounting Significant supervisory experience (2 years plus) Experience with tax accruals - FAS 109
