Position Description:

The Tax Attorney develops and implements tax optimization strategies, provides tax analysis, research, and documentation of tax positions.  The Tax Attorney will also be responsible for providing support on ad hoc projects as assigned by the VP, Corporate Tax, Director, Tax Operations or Director, Regional Taxes.

This person reduces tax expense by providing support on the projects that reduce NCR?s effective tax rate.

 

Minimum Requirements

JD Required

Minimum 5 years corporate tax or public accounting experience

 


Preferred Qualifications
? Strong analytic and technical federal and international tax skills
? 5-10 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience; CPA or LLM preferred, but not required
? Strong goal orientation, sense of urgency and attention to detail
? Ability to establish priorities and to establish and meet deadlines
? Strong ability to execute and to multi-task
? Strong communication skills
