Tax Manager & Tax Accountant Positions

We have 3 full-time Tax positions available immediately for a major technical company in San Jose, CA!!!

These positions range from Tax Manager to Tax Accountant, and are very flexible on salary depending on your experience (minimum of 5 years experience, preferrably in a large firm).  Big 4 Tax Firm experience a PLUS!  International Tax experience a plus.

 

Responsibilites include preparation of federal and state corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers and analysis.  Analysis of temporary differences for incorporation into worldwide provision.  Focus areas include preparation of state income tax returns and analysis of related issues, analysis of accounts for M-1 book/tax differences.  Experience with CorpTax a plus.

 

Broad knowledge and experience of tax and US GAAP and its application required.  Must understand interdependancy of financial tax accounts and functions.

 

Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results; works autonomously and communicates as decisions are made.
