Description The Tax Operations Tax Outsourcing team provides clients with a complete spectrum of outsourcing services through which our own people, processes, and technologies manage any or all components of a client's tax function. We have developed powerful data-gathering and analysis tools to assist in these engagements. Outsourcing services range from partial or teamed, where we work side-by-side with a client, to full, where we become, in essence, the client's tax department.

We currently have an excellent career opportunity for a Tax Operations Staff. Using cutting-edge technology and working with team-oriented colleagues, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for securing and analyzing client tax data used in the preparation of tax compliance products.

Responsibilities
Analyze data and prepare workpapers based on professional standards. Process data and convert it to a compliance product.

Determine the accuracy and completeness of the compliance product and perform quality assurance procedures. Prepare the product for delivery. File the compliance product electronically. Perform other related duties, as required.

Establish/maintain long-term working relationships with clients. Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Facilitate communication and provide ample assistance to team members. Participate in recruiting efforts when necessary. Leverage technology to continually maximize productivity.

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must have:

* a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an associate's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of tax-related or other relevant experience
* general knowledge or coursework in tax laws
* excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
* strong written and verbal communication skills
* a commitment to learning and a tax technology environment
* proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
