Our top notch clients are seeking Experienced Tax Managers or Senior Tax Accountants located in the Dulles Corridor Region in VA.

Responsibilities include:
Calculating income tax provision for our client and subsidiaries in accordance with FAS 109.
Preparation of federal and state income tax returns.
Oversight of the internal reporting of financial and tax information for both US and international locations.
Tracking and reconciliation of tax liability schedules, temporary difference schedules and roll forwards.
Preparing federal and state quarterly estimated payments for client and subsidiaries.
Providing advice regarding tax issues and educating relevant parties within the organization.

 

Requirements:
B.S. in Accounting or Finance
3 - 8  years income tax experience in a corporate or 'Big Four' environment
Federal and state corporate tax compliance experience (knowledge of FAS 109)
Background and understanding of international returns 
CPA certification
