A newly reorganized and growing publicly-traded company in the entertainment promotion industry seeks a motivated Tax Senior with substantial corporate tax experience and CPA license.  Consolidated corporate group experienve very beneficial.  This person must be comfortable working with a very large, decentralized international company and frequently interfacing with both accounting and non-accounting employees nationwide.  Both partnership and/or state corporation income tax experience will be helpful in this position.  Intermediate Excel skills required.  Exposure to Insource, Lawson and Oracle is also a plus.
