InSource CS/RS Provisions Support Representative:

 

An InSource CS/RS Provisions Support Representative will provide first line customer service for corporate users of RIA client server software. The qualified individual will be responsible for providing telephone support for any questions/problems relating to installation/network operations, tax accounting systems, database application, and tax application.
Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience; CPA is a plus.  Minimum 2 to 7 years corporate tax experience is preferred. FAS109 - Provisons experience desired. Technical knowledge of personal computer hardware and software.Computer networking, database management.Familiarity with database applications/concepts; sql scripts; ODBC; report writers.Ability to solve complex problems in a fast paced environment.Team player attitude.
