Job Description -- PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Private Company Services practice. As a member of our Tax practice, you will be involved in significant tax planning issues and will be also responsible for the preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate tax compliance and consulting skills, e.g. technical expertise and strong communication skills. He or she will work with companies that have complex tax issues ranging from corporate, partnership, pass thru entities, and M&A activity. Qualified individuals must have strong interpersonal skills as well as client servicing orientation combined with organization skills. Prior public accounting experience is preferred.
