Treasury/Tax Manager

 

Summary

 

Manage the America?s Region treasury and tax functions for a global technology company.  

 

Job Requirements

 

. Managing and monitoring all cash activity and cash forecasting for eight North American locations

. State and Federal tax compliance and tax planning

. Coordinating the corporate global insurance program in North America

. Maintaining bank relationships

. Managing the corporate credit card program.

. Sourcing and evaluating financing alternatives

 

Education/Experience/Training

 

.  Requires a Bachelor?s degree and 5-7 years experience in the treasury/tax field

.  Ability to write clearly and effectively

.  General accounting experience a plus

.  Ability to present data in a comprehensive and articulate manner

.  Strong organizational and analytical skills
