Team Leader - Escrow Administration

Manage day to day operations of staff including set-up, analysis, disbursement. Actively identify and implement procedures/systems enhancement that will ensure the highest level of servicing quality while supporting growth. Manage relationships with Tax/Insurance data providers. Network with peers across CIT and industry to improve team's level of knowledge, information and insight.
Successful candidate will have background in Escrow administration with detailed knowledge of underlying rules and regulations. Prior management experience required. Self-starter with strong systems and interpersonal skills. Four year college degree required.
