Job Type: Temporary / Contract / Project

Kforce is looking for a consultant for a ten week assignment. In this position you will help with a review of stock based compensation.

The ideal candidate will be a strong technical accountant with 10-15 years of experience, CPA Preferred, candidate must have strong understanding of equity based compensation, APB 125 and technical accounting research. This role will manage spreadsheets and must have advanced excel skills. Experience with Equity Edge is preferred. Knowledge and experience with FAS 123R is preferred as well.
