Trading Control Analyst
This position will have the overall responsibility for PJM and MISO settlements and is responsible for confirmation and verification of power, capacity, natural gas, and emission transactions. This person is responsible for tracking and reporting on compliance to credit limits. He/she serves as the system administrator for all third party trading, is responsible for PJM and MISO settlements, and reconciles PJM and MISO invoices to transaction systems. Duties also include: Reconcile PJM and MISO invoices to nMKT. Make changes to transaction systems for Revenue and Control during power, capacity, broker, and transmission settlement. Oversee and direct the work of others.
This is a team leader role. A Bachelor's degree is required, as is 5+ years of experience. The ability to operate with little direct supervision is needed. High attention for detail is required. Knowledge of wholesale power markets and detailed knowledge of PJM and MISO settlements are essential.
