Treasurer

We currently have an open position for a Treasurer at our corporate headquarters in Newtown, PA.

Senior level financial position responsible for technical and administrative compliance issues. Primary interface with insurance brokers. Essential responsibilities: managing the treasury function including cash management, risk mitigation and tax planning and compliance; building cash management and inter-company lending function; enhancing foreign exchange hedging process; managing tax audits and all inter-company loan arrangements; providing estimated tax payments/extensions for quarterly tax provisions.

Experience identifying foreign exchange hedging instruments, and knowledge of foreign holding companies structures is required. Must have experience using insurance to mitigate risk, experience evaluating, interpreting, and administering IRS tax regulations, and experience evaluating and interpreting relevant GAAP.



This position requires a degree in Accounting, Tax, or CPA, and 8-10 years of corporate treasury experience. Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency with Word, Excel, and Solomon.
