Treasury Assistant - 40 hour week !

Daily responsibilities:

 

1.

Responsible for the daily input and processing of internal cash management documents

2.

Responsible for the processing of Debt Service Payments

3.

Responsible for the processing of Monthly Participant Transfers

4.

Responsible for the processing of Monthly Inter-company Transfers

5.

Daily account reconciliations

6.

Initiate wire payments

7.

Assist with the monthly closing activities

8.

Serves as a liaison to various departments regarding cash management and banking activities

9.

Assist with the weekly processing of company checks

10.

Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

 

Qualifications for this role:

This position generally requires a high school diploma with specific knowledge of bookkeeping with a minimum of 3 years related experience.  Knowledge of banking/treasury concepts related to assigned projects.  Ability to utilize standard Microsoft software applications and other office related software in order to maximize productivity and efficiency.This position requires the ability to interact with individuals both internally and externally.  Must have good written and verbal communications skills.
