Unclaimed Property Senior

Job Description -- The PricewaterhouseCoopers Southeast Region is seeking a State and Local Tax (with primary focus on Abandoned and Unclaimed Property specialty) Senior Associate to join their Tax practice in the Atlanta office. Successful candidates will support the abandoned and unclaimed property practice in the Atlanta market. Education Required

Bachelor's required. Masters in Tax or Accounting preferred, must be able to become CPA eligible in the next 2-3 years or already have CPA. CPA is required for promotion to the Manager level.

Job Requirement Essential
-------------------------
Experience working at a public CPA firm, preferably at one of the Big 4 or a regional accounting firm, ideally with experience with Abandoned and Unclaimed Property.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Tax or Audit with an interest in learning about Abandoned and Unclaimed Property, with the potential of sitting for a certification within a few years.
CPA or CPA candidate in next 24 months.
Excellent Communication Skills ( both oral and written) required.
The ability to interact with all levels of firm and client management.
A commitment to exceptional client service and a flexible self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity is a must.
