JOB SUMMARY
Plans, schedules, and manages the daily workflow of one or more client relationships.



JOB DUTIES
1. Plans, schedules, and manages the daily workflow of one or more client relationships.

2. Ensures timely and accurate results for each of the funds within each relationship.

3. Maintains positive relationships with clients.

4. Oversees the effective coordination of an area activities with other departments.

5. Ensures all personnel are appropriately selected, thoroughly trained and given timely and complete performance evaluation feedback.

6. Makes recommendations for changes to operational procedures.

7. Assists in developing targets concerning staffing, production, overtime budgeting and productivity.

8. Ensures retention of existing business and generation of new business.

9. Remains informed of regulatory changes and new industry and competitors developments and ideas

10. Other special project as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BA/BS required. 4-64 yrs financial services industry experience required and 2-3 supervisory experience. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary.
