Unit Sales Coordinator

 

 Allocation of Change order and Selection Upgrade Revenue for escrow closed homes according to guidelines.  Check cost coding of line items to verify correct revenue coding through job cost inquiry.Posting of the monthly Sales Vouchers on a daily basis and tying month end count to the Final Daily Sales Report.Prepare and issue Daily Sales Report.Supervise Unit Sales assistants.Assist with checking and entry of Sales Price Worksheet items.  Check each Sales Price worksheet against the figures in TrueLine and make any necessary adjustments.PanelsCreate Construction Panels and input changes thereafter by use of the Panel Change Notification FormInput all related information for panel release in system and distributeInput any panel changes necessitated per Panel Change Notification FormProcess homeowner referral checks.Approve sales, losses,  changes orders in system:  Sales SolutionCross-train for back-up support within the Finance Department for Unit Sales and as needed.Input indirect budgets.  Set up job budgets in computer systemAssist with pulling annual audit selections made for Sales Vouchers, Cash Receipts, and Journal Entries as well as other requested information.Prepare budget summary for each job on a panel.  Prepare ?Indirect Budget? sheet on each job and file in the panel folder.

 Perform monthly cost analysis, post journal entries, and prepare margin  summary reports.

 

 

EXPERIENCE: General office clerical and administrative experience. Must have good math skills, ability to meet deadlines, be very attention to details, and the ability to meet deadlines under time constraint. Supervisory and accounting experience a plus.

 

EDUCATION:  High school degree.  College degree in business and accounting course work a plus.
