This is a wonderful opportunity for a strategic, big-picture thinker.  It is imperative that the 'ideal candidate' have two years' minimum current experience as a CFO in a small to mid-size company.

You will have handled all the things that go with this strategic role - including, but not limited to - the quantification of the goals and missions of the company and the identification and procurement of financial resources, and the allocation of those resources within the context of the budget.

This privately-held company is established, but very interested in a plan that seizes a larger market share with competitors.

Key Requirements: CPA with solid financial analytical skills. Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with a combination of public and private accounting and at least 5 years in a financial leadership position - 2 years of that in CFO role Experience in the retail industry preferred, but not mandatory

Salary/Pay Rate: $150k-$180k
