Job Responsibilities
? Process accounts payable and monthly close
? Maintain all company fixed assets inventory
? Complete bank reconciliations
? Prepare annual information for audit and tax 1099
? Maintain stock certificates log
? Maintain cash forecast, public securities, warrants, and notes schedules
? Prepare communication mailings
? Maintain accounting files/filing
? Special Projects as required

Qualifications/Experience
? Strong accounts payable experience
? General accounting knowledge
? Strong analytical skills and solid work ethic
? Computer proficiency including strong Excel skills
? Experience with QuickBooks a definite plus!
