VP Tax

A highly profitable Insurance company in North Atlanta is looking to add an Assistant VP of Tax to their team!

Responsibilities will include:

Property and casualty corporate taxes including FAS 109 and SSAP 10.

Strategic federal, state, and local tax planning.

Coordination of tax audits.

Preparation of US GAAP and Statutory tax provision and deferred tax inventory.

Qualifications include:

Bachelors Degree and CPA

8+ years of corporate tax experience in private industry or public accounting

5+ years of experience in property and casualty taxes.

Insurance industry preferred but will also consider banking or financial services experience.
