Below is an overview for what the jobs will entail

ACCOUNTING TECHS: This position is responsible for providing financial assistance to all business units within the company. Duties include daily processing of claim check runs and maintenance of accurate historical records, as well as updates to subsidiary accounts, bank and account reconciliations, and accounts payable.

Ideal candidate will have, strong computer skills,excellent knowledge of excel, and a firm grasp of accounting principles. Good communication skills a must as that you will be working with multiple people within the organization.

Accounting technician candidates must have at least an AA degree in accounting, and working experience. CPA a plus!

Also seeking A/P CLERKS. Clerks will be working in the finance department. There will be heavy use of Oracle-coding bills, setting up computer, paying vendors (Internal/External customers). Must be able to multi task and time sensitive.
Must be word and excel proficient. Oracle knowledge a must!
