Vice President-Tax Accounting & SOX
Premiere International Fortune 100 Company is looking for a Vice President of Tax Accounting and SOX.
Responsibilities will include: Ensure that global tax liabilities are correctly reflected in the financial statements and SEC filings, coordinate all tax related Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404) initiatives, manage the monthly tax provision including the APB 28 calculation, perform tax footnote disclosure analysis, manage external relationships, evaluate tax exposures related to FAS 109 and FAS 5, assess appropriate tax accrual policies and procedures for foreign subsidiaries under APB 23, manage and mentor global staff.

Requirements: 10 plus years related experience, must have excellent knowledge of tax accounting rules and current FASB interpretations, strong understanding of SOX requirements, demonstrated ability to lead and coach.
?
