PROPERTY ACCOUNTING AT THE BEACH, ANYONE? USER-FRIENDLY COMPANY ~ SR. ACCOUNTANT ~ $50K-$60K + 10% BONUS ~ SANTA MONICA BEACH

Property Accountant manages their own portfolio of properties regarding Common Area Maintenance, utilities, and property taxes. Partial duties include:

? Rent roll impounds for reimbursement of recoverable expenses.

? Calculate and oversee annual/periodic tenant billings

? Review integrity of data base information relative to the commercial tenant leases

? Assist property accountants, property managers, and accounts receivable when they have lease questions regarding monies due or lease terms.

? Assist with revenue portion of budgets and reforecasts.

? Handle tenant inquiries, disputes, and audits of billings.

? Provide support to other departments regarding the leases, as needed

Requirements: Degreed in Accounting or similar discipline Staff Accounting Experience Desire & personality to be the go-to person/resource Likes to wear jeans on Fridays and walk to the beach for lunch!!

Salary/Pay Rate: $55K-$60K + bonus
