Yield Accounting Processor

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an immediate opening in the Commerce City area as a Yield Accounting Processor.  This position is temporary, with the possibility of becoming temp-to-hire.  Pay is $20/hour.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

?  Function to construct and distribute daily yield accounting reports and gather all pertinent information from various refinery departments.

?  Input all data into a computer resolve database (Sigmafine). 

?  Gather, collate, verify records and report all daily and month-to-date refinery inventory, sales, purchases and volume/weight balances. 

?  Identify and correct any questionable information and resolve any discrepancies between departments and with appropriate department managers.

 

Required qualifications include:

?  Must function with honesty and integrity.

?  Basic or advance accounting and analytical skills required. Microsoft Office, and Advanced Excel. Willing to learn TMS, Sigmafine, SAP (cornerstone), and basic refinery configuration.

?  Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize work schedule and have ability to work independently and follow through on task.

?  Strong verbal communication skills with professional ethics, tact and courtesy in dealing with refinery departments and customers.

?  Knowledge of  MS Office, various databases and spreadsheet programs and general computer applications.
