Duties:

 

Payroll - Processing bi-weekly payroll checks, quarterly reports, W-2's, and 1099's.

 

Accounts Payable - Work with vendors, coordinate payments, and communicate with factors.

 

Sales Tax - Sales tax reporting to multiple states and sales reporting for leased spaces.

 

401K deposits and reporting on monthly and year end basis.

 

Coordinate and handle all aspects of health insurance and employee questions related to health insurance matters.

 

Responsible for all aspects of financial statement reporting and communicating with CPA firm on corporate tax matters.

 

Responsible for multiple bank reconciliations and depreciation schedules.

 

Communicate with banks on all financing matters.
