Excel Sportswear currently has a wonderful opportunity for an energetic, dependable accounting clerk for our three-person Fairfax City,Va office. We are a growing 24 year old company offering unique custom made products to business and associations. There is a great diversity in the work so this is a busy job, time never drags and accomplishments are appreciated and rewarded. You will love this work. Almost 40% of our company has been with us over 10 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Order entry and posting
Daily reports on sales and accounting
Collections
Processing payroll for 40 plus employees
Answering phones and customer service
General office work

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

Strong typing/data entry skills
Strong MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook ability
Strong customer skills
Professional oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Positive attitude and the ability to get along with diverse personalities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
