Contract Administrator - Oracle Puerto Rico

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all Oracle?s Standard Processes are being followed. Ensure compliance with Oracle business practices by the LOBs Partners Network. Review all commercial proposals before issuance to an Oracle Customer, ensuring compliance with Oracle pricing practices and standard T&Cs. Draft all license ordering documents using Oracle standard systems. Review all contracts presented to Oracle customers and enforce the use of Oracle standard agreements. Advise LOBs on contracts, business practices, licensing rules and revenue recognition (according to Oracle Revenue Recognition Policies). Ensure the different LOBs and Partners Network receive the training related to Oracle Business Practices and procedures. Understand migration policies and perform migrations of Oracle products including application and technology products. Be the point of contact with the revenue recognition group in the USA when resolving or answering revenue related concerns on specific deals. Involve our legal counsels on a timely manner if non-standard contracts or clauses will be used or drafted. Negotiate and explain Oracle standard clauses with the customer in order to get the Oracle standard contract accepted and signed. Process al closed license deals in Oracle feeder system (eZorder). Maintain close contact with the other Administration Team in India.

 Background & Requirements2-3 years experience in Contract Administration related tasks (or similar) in the Software Industry. Bachelors degree in business - higher preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in MS office (excel, word, Microsoft) Ability to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines Detailed oriented and analytical.
