Purpose

As an eSourcing Leader you will be responsible for management of the eSourcing event set up process for non-retail procurement. This focuses on consulting, facilitating, and executing the eSourcing process in partnership with internal and external clients. Additional functions include developing negotiating strategies in regards to the corporation's eSourcing procurement processes, determination of appropriate procurement tools, partnership with key system upgrades, business relationship enhancement, and acting as a champion of the full scope of sourcing tools (CLR, Traditional, collaborative) to senior management and procurement clients.

Working with clients to develop and direct strategy to support the eSourcing process within the corporation. Assessesing current and future tools available relating to new technology/business methods. Ensuring critical business needs are met by integrating eSourcing related tools into mainstream negotiation strategies of the corporation.
Handling project management of all tasks related to eSourcing process. Following-up of documentation materials for eSourcing from beginning to end for successful execution. Including vendor communication to educate and answer questions on the eSourcing software and process. Facilitating eSourcing event set up, execution and follow-up.
Developing eSourcing best practices and methods. Assisting in the development of communication templates and documents for task follow-up and tracking. Communicating process related information, timing and action, and follow-up procedures to sourcing groups. Communicating the eSourcing results with appropriate partners and senior leaders.
Driving the process of leading the communication and presentation of eSourcing related material to the sourcing groups as well as management. Creating training material, conducts training meetings and provides documentation tools and templates to support the process.Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills
Process oriented
Ability to influence others
Ability to make strategic decisions
Strong interpersonal skills
Project Management experience
Strong attention to detail
2 years retail experience
Technical skills should include: Basic Internet/Intranet, Excel, Word and Power PointDesired Requirements
5 or more years sourcing experience
Previous Target procurement experience
