payroll specialists to $40k+ - Services

Job Description: If you are ready to take the next step as a payroll specialist call us today. Great environment. You will be responsible for Processing hourly/salary payroll for various branches. Verify the accuracy of timesheets.
. Process hourly/salary employee retroactive adjustments, refunds & bonuses.
. Prepare employee receivables.
. Process/Format health & welfare allocation.
. Prepare union dues pre-billing statements for payment to union locals.
. Answer payroll-related questions from facility managers, office personnel and field employees.
. Various special projects as needed.
. Job Duties subject to reorganization by payroll supervisor.


JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

. Computer literate.
. Knowledge and working experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
. Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks.
. Minimum one year experience with payroll data entry or similar accounting experience.
. Excellent data entry skills.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
