:: Description:The Finance Analyst of Sales Operations is responsible for performing the accounting and budgeting activities related to the Company's worldwide Operations department and presenting those results to management via monthly reporting, meetings and ad hoc presentations, as required. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing, formalizing and reporting back to key stakeholders Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") and other individual and group metrics enabling management to have more informed business decisions. This position is also responsible for working with the Accounting and the Finance Business Partner to ensure financial activities and performance are inherent in the KPIs and metrics. This position will be involved in creating analytical databases utilizing the SFDC Application for information gathering and sharing. :: Responsibilities:Utilizing the SFDC Application and other resources: Create and publish and manage the process for development and distribution of ongoing performance management metrics via dashboards and formal presentations (PowerPoint) for a variety of users from Sales Ops Management through CFO/CEO levels of the company. Build analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results (by department: compensation, collections, and sales operations) and geography: (Americas, APAC, EMEA). Partner with internal customers to identify and prepare the (weekly, monthly quarterly, rolling months) reports for individual and group trend analysis and performance management. Participate in discussions and develop models to support company initiatives and/or financial decisions. Conduct comparables/trend analysis as necessary in support of key business metrics and objectives. by collecting, analyzing and reporting operating and financial results Create and publish reports to effectively allocate resources and track employee performance. Assist in the preparation of periodic budgets, forecasts and variation analysis for all worldwide Operations cost centers.  :: Required Skills/Experience:BA with a concentration in Finance/Accounting required. Critical thinker, with a high attention to detail. 3-5 years experience in finance/ accounting. Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, consulting, analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and consistently maintain a positive attitude. Strong project management and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft office (Superior Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Excellent presentation skills Creative and Innovative
