This position is for a 8 million dollar privately held firm with very good benefits that is looking for a right hand to the controller. The senior accountant role does not supervise at this point but will interact with the owners. Reporting to - Controller/Vice President Primary responsibilities include: • Monthly corporate financial statement preparation • Monthly property financial statement preparation for about 10 retail properties • Payroll and broker commission payments • Commission income invoicing and accounting • Management fee calculation and billing • Annual year-end tax return coordination with tax accountants

Qualifications :
This position requires 5 plus years experience in general accounting as well as a bachelor degree in accounting or finance. please email your resume to
