In this key role you will effectively process a high volume of incoming and outgoing faxes, US and other priority mail as well as complete a high volume of copy jobs according to job ticket instructions. You will also communicate with clients and managers on job or deadline issues, troubleshoot basic equipment problems; perform quality checks as well as other duties as needed.

A minimum of one year office service experience, preferably in the legal or investment banking industry. The ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment with attention to detail, multiple deadlines and excellent workflow management skills is essential. Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal skills with basic computer skills are preferred.
