ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

 Open and distribute all Accounting mail and title company mail.Process postage and send out all outgoing Accounting mail.Scan, email and mail all monthly and quarterly financial statements.Research on CAD (Central Appraisal District) all returned homeowner(s) and builder(s) mail.Using C3 Accounting System, assist with posting daily checks and complete deposit slips.File daily deposit tickets, closing documentation, returned mail, financial statements and accounts payable invoices.File all HOA account documentsAct as back up to ReceptionistAttend all Accounting and All Staff meetings.

 

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

 Proficient in Microsoft Office packageKnowledge of Internet & ScanningMulti-tasker: good at proactively organizing a variety of daily responsibilities to get things done Perform well under deadlines and pressure Creative Problem solving Customer service
