We currently have an opening in our Fair Lawn, NJ office for a Accounting Specialist.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Billing, expense report auditing and assist with month end closings.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

1. Independent self starter

2. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel

3. Working knowledge of MS Great Plains is preferred

4. Exceptional multi-tasking and organization skills

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Strong problem-solving skills, deadline-oriented

7. Minimum 5 years experience in small to medium companies

8. Associates degree in Accounting desired
