ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Accounts Payable/Purchasing Coordinator

ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., the nation?s largest owner/operator of continuing care retirement communities, is seeking an organized, detail oriented individual to join our Procure to Pay team in the Shared Services Department. This position reports to the Procure to Pay Team Lead and is located at our corporate office in West Point, PA.


Essential Job Functions:
1. Inputs and processes all order transactions from initial input through invoice processing using the Lawson Software system.

2. Expedites pending orders, resolves internal and external customer issues, and researches invoice payments via e-mail or the phone system.

3. Meets monthly closing deadlines for input of invoices and receivers.

4. Assists community personnel  in managing requisitions and receipts.

5. Scans and links invoices via the Image Now system.

6. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.


Critical Skills and Knowledge Necessary:
-High School Diploma
-Computer proficiency with accounting software, word processing software. Knowledge of Lawson or Image Now helpful, but not required.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good oral and written communication skills
