ACT Database Manager/Marketing Assistant

Opportunity is now available for a full-time ACT Database Manager/Marketing Assistant in the North Dallas area. 

MUST BE NON-SMOKER  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience using ACT and be extremely advanced in the program.

 

This position holds a great deal of variety. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:Entering new customers and leads into ACTPulling reports from ACTOverall maintenance of ACTAssist with trade show preparationsBack-up to the receptionistMailing all marketing correspondencePrinting and copying marketing materialsProduct returnsOffice supply ordering

 

Qualifications:ACT Database a MUST Microsoft Office: All applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proficiency in the following programs a PLUS: Adobe Illustrator CS Adobe Photoshop CS Adobe In-Design CS Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 HTML Excellent written and oral skills a MUST
