We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to work in Livermore, CA service center. The qualified individual will be responsible for general Administrative duties which may include filing, answering phones, data entry, sales support and operations support, receiving, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
*1-3 years of clerical experience
*Experience with Microsoft Office applications
*Experience directing calls in a high call volume environment
*Must be able to multitask and take on various projects.
*Must be able to work with others and be adaptable to changing conditions where time is a factor.
