Provide a high level of administrative assistance in the following role:
Provide administrative assistance and secretarial support to directors and assistant directors

Combine your excellent communication skills and previous secretarial experience with the following skills:
Secretarial certificate or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years increasingly responsible administrative assistant/secretarial experience
Excellent business English and grammar skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic math skills
Ability to make sound independent decisions and use own initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
