ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III to $37k+ - medical manufacuring

Job Description: Challenging career position for Administrative Assistant III. Report to the Executive V.P. of Strategic Programs. Will provide complex administrative support, including the significant planning and accomplishment of projects to meet department and company goals. Accomplish projects both independently and as part of a team which may include executive, managerial, professional and technical staff. Schedule departmental appointments, activities, projects, meetings, seminars and conferences and report on status. Create and track project matrixes and tasks, interface with applicable departments and personnel for follow-up of projects, evaluate results and recommend procedures and action to achieve project goals. Create and maintain viable systems of confidential organizational files and records, including employee time records, following office protocol.
