ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OFFICE ASSOCIATE)

WESCO Distribution, A Fortune 500 Company is looking to fill an Office Associate position.  The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:  Good phone and communication skills, type 40+ wpm, general understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word.  Quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. 
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
