ADMINISTRATIVE/OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to operations department.Coordinate client requests and operation?s schedulingProvide advance information and support materials to operations in advance of any changesManage operation?s work calendars Work with operations to coordinate service jobsHandle incoming phone callsManage filingCheck in and sign off on incoming supply ordersProvide additional support to management on an as need basis above and beyond the above

 

Qualifications:

Must speak SpanishPunctual and reliable in their work attendance. Ability to meet required working deadlines. Self motivation, with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgment and discretion in contacts with both management and team members. Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Min 3 years of office/administrative experience. Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability and willingness to adapt, prioritize, multi-task and change direction as necessary
