Administrative Package Center Associate

International package delivery company located in Nashua, NH is looking for a Administrative Package Center Associate. In this position you will be responsible for performing a variety of office duties, which require managing multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast paced, time sensitive work environment. Must be dependable and able to work independently.

Duties include:
Answer?phones, handle incoming calls from internal customers including drivers, management and other support staff.
Take messages for management and staff and assist drivers with problems such as misloaded packages, truck breakdowns, and heavy volume distribution.
Call external customers to determine proper delivery addresses.
Use computer and proprietary software to message drivers with information about deliveries and pick ups, assign on call air pickups to drivers, send reminders and safety messages, track packages and perform address look-ups.
Log information received from the computer onto paper logs for management use.
Audit any packages left in the building each day by logging and tracking them to ensure that they have appropriate exception scans.
Provide support and assistance to other office staff as needed.

Accurate data entry, organization, and ability to prioritize are skills needed to be successful.?

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, team environment.?

This position is Part Time 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm Monday through Friday.
