Administrative Sales Support / Customer Service

Our company has been leading our industry for over 30 years. Our Sales Team consists of proven and successful professionals. We are seeking an individual with proven customer service and sales support skills to assist in the continuous growth of our company. We are located in Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Respond to all major national account retail customer inquiries related to orders and shipment statusAssist Sales, Customer Service, and Operations department with report management and various general administrative dutiesManage projects and solve problems in a professional mannerCoordinate in a Hands-On manner the preparations and follow through of Sales MeetingsPerform sales order/ EDI processingSales reporting

Beneficial Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in the above responsibilitiesMinimum Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or in related fieldsCustomer Service experience with major national accounts from purchase order to invoiceExperience with mass retail chains necessary; such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Wal*Mart, and/or Linens N? ThingsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and respond with appropriate sense of urgencyStrong EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), GenTran experienceStrong project management skills Excellent verbal, written communication and telephone skillsHigh Energy LevelExceptionally Detail OrientedExcellent Organization SkillsStrong analytical skillsAble to juggle several tasks simultaneouslyAssertive and strong follow-up abilityIntermediate computer skills Upbeat & Positive Attitude
