THE SUSAN D. WILEY INSURANCE AGENCY, INC./STATE FARM WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1989 AND CURRENTLY HAS A PART-TIME POSITION (9AM-3PM) AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL THAT POSSESSES GREAT TELEPHONE SKILLS, A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, ANSWERING INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS FOR THE AGENCY AND DIRECTING THOSE CALLS TO THE LICENSED STAFF AND AGENT, SCANNING DOCUMENTS, LIGHT FILING OF PAPERWORK, CALLING EXISTING POLICYHOLDERS TO SCEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR ANNUAL REVIEWS, AND GREETING CLIENTS UPON ARRIVE TO THE AGENCY.

PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE A MUST!!!! DEPENDABLE, ORGANIZED AND MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
