Job duties will include, but are not limited to:


Direct assistance to ESC Public Information Officer and Contract Support Specialist.

Task responsibilities may include coordinating road closure information and preparing summations of such for dissemination to media contacts, acquiring information and updating project WEB site with pre-approved material.

Receiving, logging and responding to public requests for project related information.

Assist PIO with obtaining, logging and filing print and video clip media coverage of project related issues.

Developing and maintaining a public and governmental contact database.

Duties will also include producing reports and other information to be used in project related newsletters, articles, fliers and fact sheets.

Assist with scheduling, material preparation and hall reservations for public speaking engagements. Assist with construction contract supplemental agreement processing, which will include receiving, logging and procedurally checking form, completeness, content and backup material. Assist with subcontract sublet request processing, including system checklists and pay item values.

Assist with the general receiving, logging and filing of contract change information and prepare reports of such activity on a routine basis.

Assist with Work Program Funding requests and associated backup material.

Requirements:



5+ years of progressive administrative experience

High School some college preferred

Excellent computer skills; preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
