AMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY

We are seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant / Secretary for our offices in downtown St. Petersburg.

 

This visible front desk position performs a wide range of secretarial and support duties including file maintenance, word processing, scheduling, dictation, correspondence, general office support and customer service duties. This position is responsible for reception and telephone duties, and is that all-important ? first contact?.  This assistant is also called upon to support busy executive staff.

 

Qualifications:

  A very personable and well-polished telephone manner, plus the ability to handle a busy multi-line system.The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to meet deadlines and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Typing (50 wpm minimum), dictaphone, advanced composition, and grammar skills are required.Positive attitude and professional appearance required. Very strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and follow through in a fast paced atmosphere.Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.  Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills.The chosen candidate will have a superior work history with a minimum of 5 years experience, an excellent work ethic, good attendance record, and must display initiative and enthusiasm.
