AR/Sales Administrator

CEMEX is a world leader in the production, distribution, marketing and sales of cement and concrete, and aggregates. WE currently have an opening for a AR/Sales Administrator

 
Responsible for the set up and maintenance of customer job files
Verify daily shipments are priced accurately
Assist as needed with preparation of various sales reports
Research and resolve disputed balances
Log and monitor customer disputed invoice balances
Process all approved credit/debit memos 
Must be proficient in Excel.  Knowledge of Word, Power Point, Access, AS400 and JDE preferred
Must possess basic accounting knowledge, and have strong math skills
Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of concrete & aggregates helpful
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Bachelor degree preferred, High School diploma required
