We are currently seeking an Assistant to join our office located in Chesterfield, MO.

ASSISTANT- Chesterfield, MO

Responsibilities:
Interface with a large corporate population and manage administrative responsibilities
Follow up with staff requests
Assist, coordinate and complete various facility and maintenance projects

Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years facilities, architecture or construction experience
Minimum 2 years office experience in a customer service environment
Superior organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Data Entry Skills
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency in Notes, Excel and Word
