Large international shopping center/airport developer has a new opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual at Newark Liberty International Airport.

The Assistant General Manager Food & Beverage is responsible for the over site of the Terminal C Food & Beverage concession tenants. The job involves communications (both interpersonal and written), lease compliance, preparation and monitoring of operational budgets, service/standards issues, supervision of tenants day-to-day food operations, maintenance contract management, Common Area Maintenance implementation and expense control, and other special projects. Management experience in food service is especially helpful.

Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must be well-organized, able to prioritize and work under deadline pressure. 3 to 5 years experience in supervision and management, and a B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
